Hi I have this johnson outboard 3hp I can't find the head bolt torque any where all help is appreciated

If it is a 1/4-20 NC screw it is 60-80 INCH-LBS

60 to 80 inch-pounds (7 to 9 Nm) is the torque for 3 and 4 hp motors
