i have a old runabout with a33

i have a old runabout with a33 hp motor. i was toldthat the model # is on the port side of the mount. did not see any # there .then i was told it maybe on a plate on the motor. this is the only # with a j in it(j3283191) does this mean anything to any one out there. thanks!

Oh ya also what is the gas /oil mixture. I have been told three diffrent mixtures. Thanks!}
