"Boat has been sitting for about a year. Port engine runs fine, but no forward gear. At first I thought I spun the hub on the prop. But reverse is fine. Doesn't seem to be shifting into forward. "Shifter" doesn't feel right either. Before I check the usual suspects, can a bad cable give you one gear but not the other? (This is a counter rotating engine if that matters)"
