Johnson 20hp 1975 tiller shift

Hi all. Guys maybe somebody could help me out and tell how can i remove handle on the tiller of my motor that has shifting mech built in it?
I had a look but no luck and i dont want to break it.
I took some photos,but i cant upload the here for some reason.
Any help?
