Blowing 20 amp fuse after running

A 2 stroke?----Model # is ?----The 20 amp fuse ( 2 stroke ) is really only for starter circuit.---Electric primer circuit.----I suggest you examine the cable between the control box and motor.----Or look for a bare wire in the control box.

Look for a bare wire somewhere.----Charging circuit ( rectifier / voltage regulator ) for the battery may be at fault

Welcome Ron and hello to Racer. This may help direct you to the problem. If you put a voltmeter on the battery, with a new fuse, does it show charging for any amount of time before dropping the voltage below say 12.6? Good luck with this. Tim in Duluth MN
