johnson 1984 20hp pricing

I am trying to determine a fair price on this motor in good condition.See the 9.9 and 15hp anywhere from $400 to $700 at times.Not sure about a 20hp?

Actually that is incorrect.Johnson lists 6 models that year.

This is a repair forum if you cannot answer simple questions it is just a parts motor and price it accordingly. Seems to be in good condition is a non running motor in my book. The 20hp is a detuned 25hp motor.

I wouldn't touch it without a test drive. If the lower unit is bad will easily exceed the cost of the motor.
