Johnson 175 oceanpro wont start

Hi,
I have twin 2000 Johnson 175 ocean pros on my boat, the other week one engine stalled at idle and since turns over and doesn't fire. We only seem to have spark one one side, three plugs. We have swopped the power pack and the leads with the other engine and it made no difference it doesn't fire at all. batteries are fully charged and new. Could the timing be out? Compression is good and even.

Timing is set at the factory and generally does not require any adjustment for the life of the motor.---------Check the shift interrupt switch ( if equipped with it ) as may require adjustment.----------Test ohms on stator and trigger coils.
