johnson 150 red primer part

i have a johnson 150 1999, does anyone know how to get the red primer lever(valve ass) off the motor

2 screws hold a metal band that holds that assembly on. but thats too obvious. is that what youre talking about?

no, but thanks anyway, i got it figured out when i received the new part, it came with instructions.
