Johnson 15 no spark

I have a 1986 15hp Johnson. It has no spark. What would you replace first the coil under fly wheel or the sensor under fly wheel or the power pack? Does anyone know how to test these parts and figure out witch one failed? I figure the the booster coils are probably okay as it is a 2 cylinder and there are 2 booster coils it's not likely they both failed at once.

First thing I would check is the cut-off switch. Disconnect the lead that goes to the ignition and see if you have fire then.

The parts under the flywheel can be tested with an ohmeter.--------------------------If you insist on guessing what is wrong, then replace the powerpack first.
