Hi. I have a 1998 115 Johnson v 4 that wont start or ignite. I was out running the boat one day, starting and running correctly, next day it is just the starter that works. it runs on the starter but it does not start. I looked at the kill switch and disconnected it but it does not help. does anyone have a clue?
