" I have a 17 foot 4-winns with (I believe is a 86 Johnson 110 hp.) Several times during my last outting, when going to full throttle, the engine seemed to run at about 1/4 throttle. I was pulling a tube. The only way I could get the power to increase was to start running in circles (reduceing the pulling weight). It just started doing this and was running fine for the most part of the day. There were 2 in the boat and the tuber was a light child. The cables are not binding. The prop is the original. (I'm the second owner) Any reason it would start running like this now? (butterflies are going full open as required). Thanks for your help and advise (in advance). Nick "
