" Joe I managed to remove the pesky stuck bolt from the thermostat housing of my Javelin. I used a butane torch as you suggested, and was able to chisel the bolt 1 turn out, this gave me enough room to soak the bolt and where it screwed into the powerhead with lanoshield , a lanolin based penetrant, I left it for 4 days , and removed the bolt quite easily with a 7/16 ring spanner.
I still do have water flow problems i believe, but i thank you for your help mate. I really do appreciate what you and all the other experts do on here , regards Brian "
