have a 99 75hp force - question- are these engines the same as a 90hp force engine except for the carbs? been told that i can change the carbs and make my 75 a 90. is this true and is it worth to get the extra power? could it cause damage to my engine?

if it was easy anybody could do it. Visit a dealer and find out if part #s for block/ cylinderhead / reeds are the same.
