THEN AFTER A FEW MINUTES THE OTHER PLUG WILL STOP FIRING. REPEAT THE SCENARIO WITH THE PLUG CAP AND IT WILL RUN FULL POWER AGAIN. THEN STOP AFTER SHORT WHILE. WE HAVE TRIED NEW PLUGS AND NEW COILS, CANT FIND ANY SPARK JUMPING. THIS IS A MANUEL START 1976 EVINRUDE 9.9. I HAVE HAD IT IN TO THE EVINRUDE MECHANIC IN BEMUS POINT NY THREE TIMES. HE HAS CHECKED SPARK AND COMPRESSION. CAN IT BE THE POINTS AND CONDENSOR, ALSO WHAT ABOUT EXHAUST, AND OR CARBON BUILD UP IN EXHAUST CAUSING ANY PROBLEMS? THE MOTOR IS IN SUPER CLEAN SHAPE AND IS REALLY WORTH FIXING, IT IDLES GREAT, AND STARTS ON ONE PULL. WHEN ITS AT FULL POWER RUNS LIKE A NEW MOTOR. CAN YOU ADVISE PLEASE. THANK YOU. "
