"I have a 1999 4.3L Volvo with a Volvo Penta jet drive. I have a serious water leak coming from the bottom of the bell housing on the engine. The leak is minor at low speeds but very serious at hi speeds. I have replaced the seals, o-rings and bearings on the shaft housing, shaft and bowl. I have not replaced the seal on the engine bell housing because I was hoping the other seals would take care of the problem and I would rather not take the engine out. Is there something I am missing?"
