J60TTLEO Bogging down issue

Hey I’ve recently got my hands on a 95’ 60hp Johnson 2-stroke 3 cylinder outboard. Engine seems to start and idle relatively fine but I run into some issues when in gear after a short period of time. It bogs down and will lose acceleration and go in and out of that state. It does seem to run fine when I have a second person consistently pumping the fuel line though. Just looking for advice on trying to diagnose the issue. The motor had been sitting for nearly two years before I got it. I think it could possibly need a new hose from the portable fuel tank, a new fuel filter or maybe a disassemble and cleaning of the carbs.

The bulb is a manual fuel pump.----That would say that you have a fuel pump / fuel supply issue.-----The VRO pump is expensive but a regular pump and mixing oil yourself is an option.------But perhaps test run with another hose and tank.

Okay thanks. I’ll try a new hose for sure before I look into the new pump. Do you think it’s worth me taking the carbs apart and giving them a good clean
