"Have a few questions. Hsg in this kit is marked 438544,hsg now in motor 333783. Plate in kit marked 341038, plate now in motor has no number but is marked 70hp. Existing plate has a longer slot and a small hole (1/8")opposite slot.Slot in plate 341038 is approx 2/3 lgth of 70hp.
Impeller has a recess on one side, old does not.
Also there are 2 orings in kit that are not in parts manual.Where do they go/ I understand these kits may fit various motors.But how do I know what as been replaced with whatever? The plate concerns me the most. Kit was purchased from this site using this sites parts manual. No installation instructions in kit.
