Hey Guys,
Just scarfed this 15 HP from the local Transfer Station. Had been sitting for some fifteen years under cover. Engine turns over beautifully, paint and general appearance look like it has low engine hours. Salt water use. I can turn the fly wheel over with my hand and feel the compression in the 2 cylinders, but it is awfully easy to spin, doesn't require much effort to spin. Is that normal?
I'll probably do a general cleaning and lube, probably should pull and rebuild the carb.
Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
