What do you use to seal the crankcase together? It does not show a gasket. Also torque spec on the head bolts.60-80 inch pounds? Torque on the crankshaft journals? Also how do you set up the timing on this 4-stroke motor?<br><br></font></font>

Loctite 518. That's what I use, whether a chain saw, snowmobile, motorcycle, outboard. Can't speak for torque or timing. Years and years of experience have crafted my "gut feeling" accuracy on torque for smaller nuts and bolts.......say 3/8" or M10 and down. Other techs here that follow tables, must have that information for you. Call me stupid, but I never owned or operated an inch pound torque wrench.
