Well carb clean #2 and we are off to the races. I replace the flywheel along with charging coils and starter. The coils looked like they had seen better days and the starter sounded like it was grinding rocks. Took the boat out twice and runs pretty good. Its in the water and going back out today. Thanks for the input and help.

I wanted to add a note on my carb clean. I found the #2 float sticking if your will. I noticed the other 2 where loose and floppy. When I looked closer I noticed the black rubber pad on the needle had a gap between it and the metal. When compared to the others it was larger. Not sure what to do I simply pinched it between my fingers and pushed it back in by tapping it on the work bench. Now the float moves freely.
