Is this used to clean fuel injectors ?

Hello,

I have a 2020 outboard mercury four stroke EFI 20HP. My engine sputters. I've tried new gas because I suspected water in my fuel tank. and I also cleaned fuel filter and bowl. Engine still sputters. I'm thinking about cleaning the fuel injectors. I'm new to boating so there is this one piece that I have found no info on the owners manual

I suspect it's to clean fuel injectors. Does anyone know what it's for ?

Found my answer, it's there so you can insert a pressure gauge and mesure the pressure of the fuel injectors.
