Is this carb still usable?

Overtorqued the air silencer bolt into the carb and this is the result!!! Can I still use it? What are the predictions if I do?

Looks like you are going to get lucky, but check your carb to see that it has the same size venturi? The one on eBay shows 1 3/16 best I can tell in the pic. Compare with yours. It is cast in the front left face of the body.
V-4 carbs were made from 1" to 1 3/8" over all the years so lots of different sizes for different horsepower outputs.

i don’t know how or where the “Venturi” is to measure.. I’m very newb too this haha
 
Front right side below opening. Just to the right of the cast number. Compare size to yours.
Above the bowl gasket.
