Hi. I'm totally new to I/O's. Does this sticker mean the motor has a Bravo drive?

If everything is (or was) still original including the engine cover with the sticker shown, then yes it would be a Bravo stern drive...That mentioned the bravo could be either B1, B2, or B3....B3 would have 2 props on it.

That mentioned and looking closer at your photo, the shift cable bracket assembly appears to be for an Alpha stern Drive.

Try to find the MerCruiser serial number just above the engine starter on the rear starboard side of the boat.... Should look like this if it's there,

Also, photos of the drive may help as well.
What year is the boat?

Thanks for the info. I don't have any pics of the drive, this is a boat I'm considering buying. The boat is an 1988 Chris Craft 23 foot Scorpion, the owner is telling me it has an Alpha drive. I was hoping he is wrong.

If the Scorpian is a very light boat it could have come with a Alpha drive with a 1.32 -1 gear ratio If its a Alpha with a 1.50 ratio being gentle with the throttle is a safe way to go
