is the Evinrude pilot throttle system ambidextrous

I just got a Evinrude pilot throttle control and it is for the starboard side of the boat but i am building a center console. So if i mounted it on the center console as is it would be on the port side. So my Question is can i reverse the control so that i can use on the Starboard side? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

I am pretty sure you just move the handle to the other side of the box?

The power pilot is not convertible can you just install the control on the port side of the console?

thats what i thought by looking at it and having it apart. I can mount it on the port side i just already have my steering set up in that area to but i can make adjustments so it will clear the steering wheel

i will post a picture in a few hours of it. But like the other guy said i dont think it will work but ill see what you say aswell
