Is it my head gasket

I have a 1989 Mainship Mediterranean with two 502 motors. Last trip out on port motor there was a huge rush out the exhaust of steam and white smoke. The raw water pump failed. I replaced the pump and oil cooler and one hose. The motor still runs but smokes real bad.white smoke. My coolant level drops in the tank but the oil still looks ok. Is my head gasket blown?

Also my temp gauge never goes over 160

Ayuh,.... Do a compression test to see,....

Probably a good idea to do a pressure test on the heat exchanger as well....
