Folks.....looking at a 1983 Bayliner with reported Hino engines, but when I check out the engines, I notice a big Hino stamp on top of engine, yet engine model tag is CM 655 NA, which I take to be Chrysler Mitsubishi naturally aspirated........so why is the word Hino on it? Im getting conflicting feedback like " couldnt be Hino cuz Bayliner didn't put Hinos in boats til 1987" and others saying "Chrysler Mitsubishi was owned by Hino and so it is a Hino regardless of the model tag" what's up????
