Is exact same compression on all cylinders possible?

Im a novice here buying my first real boat. I am looking at a boat that has an 80's. Mercury 90hp 6 cylinder outboard. Ive seen it called the tower of power on another site I was reading.
To my limited knowledge, the most important thing to be concerned with is the compression readings, and everything else can be fixed?
He gave me a paper from the boat mechanic that it was recently serviced at. And for compression it says "all 6 cylinders read 130psi". I am wondering if this is good or bad? I know that they should vary by no more than 10 percent on different cylinders, but is it possible for them to all be identical? Or does that mean he didn't test them correctly or there is another issue? I just dont want to get a boat with a bad motor.
