Intermittent power loss on launch/max load

2007 5.0 mpi bravo 1 azure deck boat. Having some issues trouble shooting a power loss issue and getting a lot of “I don’t knows”. Reading forums online seems to be a common issue and I have a few questions before we start replacing expensive parts that don’t need replaced. Not looking to troubleshoot as much as what the code reader will tell, and possibly eliminate a couple sensors. My problem in intermittent power loss on take off. 3k rpm and won’t plane. If it gets on plane it runs 5k rpm at 43mph with a 4 blade 14.5x19 turbo prop and will run as smooth as a new one until you stop. The first couple times it did this it was only at the beginning of the day, and after it “broke loose” the first time it ran fine the rest of the day, but has gradually gotten worse where with people on the boat it won’t go past 3k under a load at all. Tested fuel, new filter, fuel pressure normal, and no active codes. 3 sensors I have questions about, throttle control, map, and crankshaft sensor.
1 with no codes can I assume it is not a plug/injector/fire issue as it would give a misfire code?
2 can any of those sensors be eliminated as they would give a code?
3 can any of those be eliminated due to the problem not happening all the time, or gradually getting worse. Glass is either broke or not broke...
4 can any be eliminated because it runs good with no mis at full throttle once it gets on plane?
5 long shot, due to its gradual decline, any chance a battery that is going bad could cause power loss under max load?

Can you elaborate on these?

If you have no codes, most of the time the sensors and their interconnects are not an issue.

Low voltage will induce all kinds of issues - you can use a DVM or a scan tool to monitor that while running...
