Intake on outboard jet stuck and can't remove, any ideas?

I am trying to remove the intake to replace the water impeller on my 65 HP Evinrude jet and it is stuck on there good. I have removed all the bolts and they came out pretty easy with only a very small amount of corrosion on them. I have tried PB Blaster and Aero Kroil in several sets letting it sit overnight. I have tried pounding on it lightly with a 2x piece of wood and hammer and still won't even budge. I have tried a little heat from my propane torch as well. I can tell there is a very small amount of corrosion but nothing too bad. Is there a product out there that will take care of the corrosion from the aluminum to aluminum contact? I suspect the bolts are stainless and that is causing the corrosion?

Any other ideas? More heat, hit it harder...?

I am still trying to get this unstuck. I have tried about 8 sets of PB Blaster now, heating it for several minutes with propane torch, hitting it hard with rubber mallet, hammer and wood, etc... Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
