Installing waterpump in GT 150

" How difficult is it to install waterpump in GT 150 (Johnson 1985 year model)? I disconnect the shift linkage and remove the 5 lower unit bolts to drop the lower unit. Is this all there is to removing the lower unit? I don't have service manual, only parts listing. "
