Installing "Tell Tale" 8 hp 'hatsu 2 smoke ?

I am not thrilled with the current set up ... any tips for installing a "real" pizzer ?

What did you have in mind? The Factory telltale shows when the system is pressurized.

the water sprays out of a port not a stream like I'm used to

I'll try for a photo tomorrow ...

You may have a partial blockage, resulting in a "spray". You may be able to clear it while running, by slipping a stiff wire or monofilament into it, possibly dislodging any salt/crud in the end of the line.
