"Gerald,
What size motor do you plan on installing. I have an aluminum outboard bracket that should raise the motor enough. It would bolt right to your transom.Let me know if your interested"

"the motor i have is a 7.5 mercury (1976)the transom is 15 ' hi, and the motor measure from the top where it rests on the top of the transom to the top of the cavitation plate measures 22 1/2 " which means i have to raise the motor 7 1/2".if this outboard bracket would work, how much are you asking for it?"

I'll take a measurement and a picture. I don't think it will raise it 7 1/2" though. On a boat & moter of that size you could theoretically run it a little deeper unless you are running in shallows. It won't perform as well but it'll put you on the water. Can U get a picture of the your transom (from inside & back)?
