hello im just put a new seal a

hello im just put a new seal and o-rings on my crankcase head and i need to bolt this on to the crankshaft it has four bolts holes there is a fifth hole on the ring that is not threaded for a bolt do you position this hole to be by the little weep hole that drilled between the to o-rings this is a 1992 90 hp johnson cross flow thanks

I think you'll find that the bolt hole allignment will allow that C/C Head to go on only one way.
