Install Tilt Guage

2005 2 stoke Yamaha 60 hp. I

2005 2 stoke Yamaha 60 hp. I have a tilt trim guage but it is not wired nor do I have the sender unit. Is the motor wired to receive wires from a sender or do I need to wire it in from scratch. I assume I will have to buy a sender unit as well.
