I'm IGNORANT about BRAVO One.. question?

Guy brought me his boat to get it running for him. The outdrive has been dragged through dirt so not sure about this. I noticed there is no fin on the trim tab and the skeg is bent to the left (Port side) as if it might be there either for a purpose or happened when the lower unit was down and got used as a plow... Is the bent skeg and lack of a fin on the trim tab (which now has no use except as a sacrificial anode) normal?
 
Skeg is suposed to be perfectly straight. Bent will cause steering issues. The "trim tab" is sacraficial and in some cases it has a "skeg" if you will and when it has this it aids in steering when cruising.
If it is flat it may be a flat one.
