Ignition/ wiring

Think I may have a poor ignition. Can't I just replace it with an auto ignition from autozone?

Just pulled a 90hp from another boat and dropped it on mine. Wiring is clean and ran well. Anyone have wiring pics/ obvious diagram for a double check.
