"When I was trying to start my motor, the motor would crank and I get nothing. If I crank it and turn the key back slowly the motor starts to catch so I think it is the key switch. I opened the control box and the wires to the switch are pretty punky on the ends so I cut them back. Trying to prove the key switch is bad I put the red and white wires together and tried to start the motor. It didn't start,is there something else I have to do to bypass the key switch?
