ignition replacement

I replaced my ignition on my 2001 mercury big foot motor with a sierra marine replacement switch part number MP39760, the original switch has 6 pins and they are C, S, M, B, M, A. The new switch has 6 pins and they are C,M,B,M,S,I. My question is do I match the wires with the five pins that have the same letter and just hook up the A pin to the pin marked I. No instructions came with the new switch, has any one replaced the switch had theame problem and how did you resolve it...Thanks
