"Engine description; 98 115 in line 4 cyl. runs on the top two cyls at idle. Starts right up but idle RPM's run up and down. From like 900 RPMs to 1800. Pops and blows out some smoke every 10 seconds or so. Good fuel, fuel water separator, new fuel lines and pump ball. Compression is good, all four cyl. 135-130. Motor sat for 2 years. Carbon on plugs in the top two cylinders. Fuel pump? Carbs? Any help greatly appreciated."
