I finally got the engine to start up but it wont idle at all as soon as the cam follower gets to the very end of the cam the engine just dies. The carb just had a complete rebuild. I adjusted the idle screw in front of the carb and it does little to nothing just dies if I go to far one way or the other. right now it around 1 1/2 turns out. The adjustment screw on the side of the engine does not effect it at all. it also has new fuel pump and lines.
