Idle/mixture Screw adjusts at higher rpms as well?

I have the idle mixture screw set and the motor idles nice but the motor feels like it's being held back at higher rpms. Thing is while at like 3/4 throttle the idle mixture screw if turned out improved engine performance? Any ideas. Thanks

Is that the one you have been experimenting with the carburetor on? Sounds like the high speed jet is too small or obstructed. But it's anybody's guess.
