My 25 hp Johnson four stroke will not idle down and it will stop. It is low usage motor with less then 200 hours. Every fall I drain carbs before storage. Have not tried to use a carb cleaner or set the idle screws. When I restart after it sets for a while, it seems to emit a small cloud of white vapor. Runs fine at a high idle or at high speed. Help?
