Identify Mercury Marine Sailmaster 180cc

I have a Mercury Sailmaster 180 cc 2 cyl outboard Serial # A143827 that came with a sailboat I purchased and I can't find any information on it anywhere. the serial number doesn't show up in any list I look at. I replaced the ignition trigger box by taking a number off the old part but would like to know what I have and be able to get parts for the lower unit. Any help would be appreciated.

It is very faded but very well could be what you described but I did make a mistake its a Mercury SAILPOWER not a Sailmaster, it does Google better that way. I need to figure out how to take the lower unit apart to service it. I have a SeaLoc book 1965-1989 repair manual but it sure doesn't look like anything shown there.
 
I can't figure out how to post a picture from my phone but it appears to have 2 pins about 15/16 dia with snap rings holding it together. I assume all models have a pump impeller somewhere I just wanted to completly service this before I use it. I would have a proffessional do it but there isn't anyone near where I live. When I figure out how to post a picture I will.
