Has anyone put a hydrofoil on their 3.0L 135 hp ? Was it a noticeable difference? I'm after economy and lower speed planing. Glastron 175 bowrider.

Had one on my Sea Ray 170, you can't do much better than the 3.0 for economy. With the hydrofoil hole shot was improved especially when towing a skier. I didn't think planning speed was improve that much, tops speed dropped a couple mph.
You might consider trying a 4 blade prop. I assume you have a 3 blade 19" pitch. I had really good results with a Michigan wheel vortex 18" pitch (4 blade aluminum), it really improved stern lift, holeshot, and can plane at about 12 mph lightly loaded.

What's you WOT rpm? I would think pretty low with a 21" pitch. The 20" will be a step in the right direction. I was able to try a 16" 4 blade and a 18" 4 blade from a local prop shop, he took my card and it was don't break it and return the one you don't like. I ended up keeping both, 16" is great for skiing, 18" for tubing and general use. With the 18, WOT RPM dropped about 200 vs the 19" three blade , lost a few mph top end, but much better holeshot, slower plane speed and hugely better bite in turns especially trimmed up.

Your boat oat may be different but I suspect they are similar in size and you'd be happier with and 18" if low speed cruise is your goal, but the 20" is paid for....
