is the last 2 numbers on my hu

is the last 2 numbers on my hull id tag on the rear of the boat the model? the last 4 numbers are J O 9 1 does this mean its a 91 model??

"i bought it as a 1992 OZACK 16',,but with the last 2 numbers being 91 i thought it could be a 91 model instead of a 92. i do know the motor is a 1990 model mariner."
