I purchased a pontoon with a Mercury 60 EFI 4 stroke 2003 model. It would start to cut out at 5000 rpm and lots of throttle left with 14x10pt prop. I changed the prop to a 14x13pt and ran it still cuts out at 5000 rpm. How would I check to see if the rev limiter is working properly?
