How to take off top

well my 1962 merc 500 motor ne

well my 1962 merc 500 motor needs some matience but i dont know how to take off the the top of the motor cover all these bolts r there (i know that much) but these wires and i think a choke lever in the top which will not move any diagrams or advice?
