What parts do I need to switch from Hyrdomechanical shifting to full mechanical shifting.

What do I need to do with parts? (dumb question, I know)

Will I need to re-shim?

Will I need any special tools?

I have a 1978 800 Stringer 185."

complete lower gearca

complete lower gearcase (you can reuse your propeller, but that's it)
shift cable
shift converter housing
complete ESA system and wiring.

Install everything per the manual

no special tools - digital multimeter would be handy for the ESA"
