How to remove the top and bottom engine cover

Just go to the webiste, select your year, select your model, (there were two 4HP models for 1980, but both have the same cover), then select motor cover. This shows you all of the screws, brackets, etc. that hold the motor cover together... hopefully this will help you figure it out."
