I have a dead trim motor on my mercury 150 outboard. Have twin motors by the way
Are there any tricks on how to raise the motor up manually if the boat is on boat lift?
I know about the screw that u have to un loose but it is to hard to raise it up from on a lift
looking for some ideas on how that can be done with out having to pay a lot to haul the boat on to land

Only thing I'd know to do is to get a nylon tie strap (the 2" HD yellow ones like HD sells) and a second one wrapped around the bow or through the bow loop..used to winch the boat on the trailer......will give you a "deadman" from which to pull with the first strap. If the engine has an exposed lifting great. Otherwise wrap it around the block if you can without hurting anything or under the powerhead, where the plastic cowling shrinks back down the the size of the mid section and see of that will work.
